We keep this page updated based on what you ask us. We want to provide you with all the information you might be interested in regarding private wellness experiences.

Maintaining the highest level of hygiene standards is our absolute priority. We analyse the water in the hot tub 24 hours a day using measuring probes. Based on the results, we dose the amount of chlorine and special chemicals to keep it crystal clear. The overflow channel and sand filter, which we clean manually, is very helpful in this respect.


Obviously, we also take the utmost care of the rest of the spa. This is why there is always an hour’s break between intervals. During this time, we take away the used towels etc., rub down the sauna benches with special disinfectant, change the bed and disinfect the cushions. In addition, we wipe down the entire area, including the saunas, with clean water and disinfectant, polish the showers and sweep the changing rooms. By the time you enter, you wouldn’t know anyone had been here before you. So nothing will stop you from completely switching off and having a great time.

Children must be over 9 years of age to enter our private Nordic Spa.

All the alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and all the refreshments you will need can be arranged and prepared in advance before your arrival at the wellness centre.  However, self-serve snacks are not prohibited, we only ask that, for safety reasons, you take no glass into the wellness area. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, payment is always required in advance.

The Nordic Spa is a private spa and no one else will be there. Only you, so you can relax in private.

The daily intervals are set to 3 hours. Shorter intervals cannot be booked, but it is up to you how long you stay in the spa.

Reservations are subject to the applicable cancellation policy. Cancellation up to 3 days before the service costs 20% of the reservation value. Cancellation less than 3 days before the service costs 100% of the reservation value.

We are the best equipped wellness centre in the whole Liberec region. The uniqueness of Nordic Spa lies in the fact that here you have complete privacy.

In a public spa, sauna world or similar relaxation centre, you share space – and often a hot tub or sauna – with strangers. But with us, it’s just you and the person or people you invite. Or whoever invites you. And that’s what elevates perfect relaxation to a memorable experience.

You can relax here solo, with your loved one, with friends or with a group of children.  Nothing and no one will disturb you in the Nordic Spa. The only limitations are the maximum capacity (6 people) and the minimum age of visitors (9 years).

When making a reservation, there is an option to add a note. Just write your voucher code in the note and choose “bank transfer" as the form of payment. Then leave everything to us and follow the email in which we send you all the information about your reservation.
